"Emily has built strong floor communities and this has not gone unnoticed, as evidenced by student survey feedback that was delivered to her at her annual performance evaluation. In everything she offers to her students in terms of programming, Emily creates
a learning experience that responds to a need in her community. Emily is a strong member of her staff team and goes above and beyond in her efforts to contribute to education in residence. Emily volunteers for many departmental initiatives, including Get It Done and the First Day of School academic success programming, which shows her commitment to providing educational programming opportunities to students across campus, and to supporting the Residence Life team as a whole.
